Fun,
family and horses....all are to be found in abundance
about ten miles north of Columbia, at the Shiloh
Saddle Club, which will produce five Fun Shows this summer,
in Hallsville, MO. Unused rain dates will automatically
be reassigned as Trail Ride/BBQ days.
The Hallsville Fairgrounds, which
hosts these shows, features a large, well lit, outdoor
arena, with great footing. An adjacent unfenced practice
area allows for warm ups. Food is plentiful, fairly
priced, and well prepared. Modern restroom facilities
and ample parking are additional assets of this arena.
Young and old riders
participate in these shows, with the enthusiastic
support of the entire Shiloh membership. The warm,
supportive environment and modest entry fees, make this
club a great place to learn. Proceeds from the
concession stand/cook shack
help to support the 4H Club.
In addition, Shiloh members
assemble several times a year for trail rides with
camping and community meals. |
